MICHAEL GOTHARD plays the Inquisitor's Clerk in Alexander and Ilya Salkind's
"CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS: THE DISCOVER".

Gothard has enjoyed a successful acting career concentrating mainly on films
and television.

His film credits include "The Devils", "For Your Eyes Only", "The
Four Musketeers" for the Salkinds, Lifeforce and most recently, "Shameless",
"Capital City", "Out of Time" and "Complicity".

He co-starred in a 26-part serial for Harlech TV called "Arthur of the
Britons".  Other television credits include "The Professionals", Ivanhoe"
CBS, "Scarecrow and Mrs King", "Warrior King", co-starring wtih Sian Phillips,
"Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense" and "Jack the Ripper", Thames/CBS.
